蒙古20年代的文艺活动中心，成立于1922年。俱乐部的文艺创作小组，在培养蒙古作家队伍和创作革命文学剧本方面,起了重要作用。小组成员集体创作剧本,在俱乐部演出。最初他们改写一些具有现实意义的旧作品，如达·纳楚克道尔基执笔的《乌什安达尔》(1923)和宝音尼木和执笔的《桑杜总管的罪恶事业》(1922)。它们是现代蒙古最早的剧本，为创建蒙古戏剧事业迈出了第一步。
