【来源】
为鹦鹉科动物绯胸鹦鹉等的肉。
【动物形态】
绯胸鹦鹉 体长约30厘米。嘴强大，甚钩曲，上嘴与头骨连接处能随意动作，下嘴较短小；上嘴珊瑚红色，下嘴黑褐色。虹膜淡黄色。眼先和眼周渲染绿色；头圆；额基有一黑纹，向左右延伸至眼；自下嘴基部有一对宽阔黑带，斜伸至颈侧；头的其他部分蓝灰色；后颈与颈侧呈辉草绿色；自背和肩以至尾上覆羽均草绿色，但无光辉，上背部并沾有黄色；两翅内侧覆羽金黄色带绿，其余部分的表面大都为绿色，外侧飞羽的外缘略带黄色，最外侧飞羽几纯黑褐；尾羽暗蓝，基部边缘沾绿色，羽端稍淡。颏污白色；喉和胸红而带灰蓝色；腹部中央蓝色，两侧沾绿；尾下腹羽绿而缀黄；腋羽绿蓝色。脚和趾暗黄绿灰色，4趾，外趾可以向前转动，适于攀缘，爪锐利。雌鸟的头部较蓝，喉和胸较橙红，而无灰蓝色泽。上嘴为黑色。 常在山林中结群活动，觅食各种果实、嫩芽以及谷物等。舌肉质而柔软，能效人言。甚易驯养。分布云南、广东、广西等地。
