   一群具有免疫潜能的淋巴细胞。它们能特异地识别抗原,接受抗原刺激,并通过分化增殖产生免疫应答。这类细胞是机体产生特异性免疫应答的基础,其中包括T细胞和B细胞两类。近年发现的另一类具有免疫活性的淋巴细胞,叫做杀伤细胞(K细胞)。
    广义来说,一切参与免疫应答的细胞都可称为免疫活性细胞,即除淋巴细胞外,还包括巨噬细胞、肥大细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞。
