性质:在铜锌合金的基础上加入铝的黄铜。一般铝含量在3.5%以下,它对气体、溶液,尤其是高速海水的耐腐蚀性能优良。按合金的含锌量分为单相。铝黄铜和(α+β)两相铝黄铜。单相。铝黄铜如77Cu-21Zn-2Al,有优良的冷加工性能,广泛用于舰船,海滨热电站用冷凝管及其他耐蚀件。在这种合金中,镁与锡是有害杂质,导致合金的耐蚀性下降,故镁、锡含量各不大于0.01%。(α+β)铝黄铜如60Cu-38Zn-1Al-1Fe,有较高的强度及耐蚀性,能承受热压力加工,用于制作齿轮、涡轮、衬套及要求耐蚀的零件,在海水中工作的高强度耐蚀零件。
