急性腐蚀性胃炎
急性胃炎的一种。是由于吞服强酸、强碱或其它腐蚀剂所致，病理变化为口腔、食管、胃肠粘膜充血、水肿和粘液增多，严重时发生糜烂、溃疡、坏死、甚至穿孔。吞服腐蚀剂后，立即引起口腔、咽喉、胸骨后及中上腹部剧烈疼痛，吞咽时疼痛更剧，常伴有咽下困难、频繁恶心呕吐，严重时可有呕血，发生穿孔、休克。急性期过后，可逐渐形成食管、贲门或幽门疤痕性狭窄，并可引起萎缩性胃炎。治疗可立即饮用蛋清，禁食，禁洗胃，静脉输液，出现休克时作抗休克治疗。剧痛时，可给予止痛剂以及选用抗生素。如食管狭窄和疤痕引起梗阻时，可考虑食管扩张术或手术治疗。
