| 衄血 凡非外伤所致的某些部位的外部出血证。包括眼衄、耳衄、鼻衄、齿衄、舌衄、肌衄等，以鼻衄（见鼻出血）为多见。其病因病机不外火与虚：肝火、胃火、风热犯肺，热毒内蕴、肾精亏虚，气血两亏等可导致衄血。一般因感受外邪所致的衄血起病急，病程短，多有外感表证，内伤所致者反之。治疗当根据火之虚实及所病脏腑的不同而采用清热泻火、滋阴降火、凉血止血、益气摄血等治法。治疗不宜火灸，不宜发汗，用药避免辛、燥、香、窜。衄血不止者，嘱其安卧，勿情志过激，依出血部位的不同，予局部冷敷。 |
