According to the destruction of the modern war on the petrochemical factory and to the lessons from the disastrous destruction of explosive accidents in petrochemical factory,this paper studies the issue of population evacuation of petrochemical factory and its surrounding areas in wartime,including the evacuation time,objects and scope,setting destination,organization and so on.

In current performance-based fireproof design methods,the fire spread and crowd evacuation usually are separately considered,which neglects the real-time influence of fire environment on the crowd evacuation.
