6) nitrous oxide anaesthesia

Methods 300 cases of induced-abortion patients were random divided into two groups:150 cases were used for anaesthesia of uterine cavity and nitrous oxide anaesthesia respectively,150 cases as control group.
结果宫腔麻醉组镇痛与笑气吸入镇痛,两者扩张宫颈时的镇痛效果分别为92%(138/150)、97%(145/150),笑气组略优于宫腔麻醉组,但两组相比无差异。

性状 常温下为无色气体。有甜味。密度1977g/cm3。(气体)：1.226g／cm3(液体，-89℃)。熔点-90．8℃。沸点-88．49℃。溶于水、乙醇、乙醚及浓硫酸。有助燃性。室温时稳定，500℃时分解为氧和氮。吸入极少量时即能使人狂笑。
应用领域 主要用作外科和牙科上的麻醉剂，并可用于防止有机物液体和食料等的腐蚀。还被用于气密性检查。
