The fluctuating wind loads on a dome-like roof are reconstructed based on the synchronous multi-pressure scanning technique of wind tunnel tests and the proper orthogonal decomposition(POD)method.

圆屋(round house)建于1830年，它是天鹅河殖民初期的第一座监狱，也是西澳最古老的公共建筑物，由亨利·利维李henry reveley设计。这个外型多角而有十二个面的古老建筑，最初的用途是作监狱之用，但是监禁囚犯的人数却相当稀少，只有8名。在圆屋后面临海的一角，过去是海港信号站，每天下午的1点整，高竿上的黑球就会掉下来，向附近的船只报时，现在仍提供给游客这样的表演。由于圆屋居高临下，且滨临印度洋，在此可以看遍市区、港口、印度洋，是当地最佳观景点。另外，圆屋外面的咖啡馆也是观景的好地方。
