Based on the one to one correspondence of the points on the tooth trace of plunge shaving cutter and the shaved gear, a method used to calculate the axial modification of the plunge shaving cutter when processing a crown gear is proposed.
用抛物线近似表示被剃齿轮的齿向鼓形量，采用一一对应映射方式将被剃齿轮的齿向鼓形量加到径向剃齿刀理论齿向线上各对应点的修形量上，得到加工鼓形齿轮的径向剃齿刀最终齿向修形量。

It is new to do deep theoretical research upon the multi-gear contact problem of the crowned teeth coupling.
本文按照边界积分方程直接法，从三维弹性静力学基个微分方程和相应的边界条件出发，建立了该三维问题的边界积分方程，然后采用离散插值方案数值处理技术，化其为边界元方程，最后在微机上对一鼓形齿联轴器啮合时弹性变形作三维边界元计算分析，结合参考文献［１］对该鼓形齿联轴器在转过一个齿距角的过程中各瞬时的实际接触齿对数进行研究，提出了考虑弹性变形后的研究结果。
