| 多胎妊娠 multiple pregnancy 一次妊娠同时有两个或两个以上胎儿的现象。其中以双胎最为常见。双胎可分为双卵双胎（由两个卵子分别受精形成，两个胎儿基因不尽相同，故胎儿性别可同或不同，容貌与一个家庭中的兄弟姐妹相似）和单卵双胎（由单一受精卵分裂而成，由于胎儿基因相同，故其性别相同，容貌相似）。双胎于妊娠期子宫增大较单胎明显，妊娠中期后检查可触及多个肢体和两个胎头或 3个大极体，不同部位可听到两个频率不同的胎心，一分钟计数相差10次以上。超声检查可确诊。双胎妊娠多数可经阴道分娩，产程注意预防宫缩无力、产后出血。产后检查胎盘和胎膜组成情况，可判定为单卵或双卵双胎。 |
