本研究以3个ae基因供体亲本和8个普通玉米自交系24个组合的BC1F1、BC1F2代为研究对象,测定了自交系本身以及自交系与不同供体亲本回交转育的BC1F1、BC1F2代的千粒重和直链淀粉含量,期望找到其内在的遗传规律;并且采用分子标记辅助选择技术,通过与玉米胚乳突变基因ae连锁的SSR标记对轮回亲本不同的两个群体目的基因两侧的连锁累赘做了SSR分析,通过均匀分布在ae基因所在的第5号染色体上的SSR标记对两个群体的染色体遗传背景回复率做了分析,结果表明: BC1F2与BC1F1相比,大多数组合的直链淀粉含量有一定程度的提高,千粒重有降低的趋势。
