目的:观察正常组大鼠和哮喘模型组大鼠肺组织、鼻黏膜和肠黏膜中嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(eotaxin)及其mRNA表达以及大鼠肺泡灌洗液、鼻咽冲洗液和肠黏液上清液中分泌型免疫球蛋白(SIgA)的含量,以寻找哮喘大鼠肺、鼻、大肠与黏膜免疫之间的关系,探求“肺开窍于鼻”,“肺与大肠相表里”理论的物质基础及其科学内涵。
