OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of valproic acid(VPA)on proliferation and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),matrix metalloproteinase-2,9(MMP-2,MMP-9)and E-cadherin in ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3.
