| 弱脉 脉来细软而沉，柔弱而滑的脉象。弱脉多见于气血不足的虚证。血虚脉道不充，则脉细；气虚则脉搏乏力，则脉沉软而无力。弱脉须与相似脉濡脉相区别。弱脉、濡脉在脉势上均细软而无力，但弱脉须沉按始得；而濡脉则轻取即有 ，稍用力则无。弱脉与弦脉为相反的脉象。临床上，弱脉常同涩、细、数等脉兼见。 |
