Objective:To investigate biomechanical effect of rupture of posterior cruciate ligament(PCL)on lateral meniscus and to provide biomechanical theorial base for the protection of lateral meniscus and the avoidance of osteoarthritis after PCL injury.

Objective To discuss clinical features of radial tears of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus and the following-up results of arthroscopic partial meniscectomy.
目的讨论膝内侧半月板后角放射状撕裂的临床特点和关节镜下半月板部分切除术后的随访结果。

McMurray test
半月板在外力作用下易发生撕裂损伤。患者多有外伤史，有膝痛、打软、腿和关节交锁等表现，可见股四头肌萎缩，局部有压痛，多数病例显示麦氏试验(McMurray test)阳性，研磨试验(apley test)有助于鉴别膝部韧带与半月板损伤。X线摄片以排除骨折等病变。膝关节镜对诊断有意义，并可进行镜下修补或切除术。非手术疗法适用于急性期和症状轻微者。撕裂严重、症状明显者可行手术切除或关节镜下切除。近年，有对半月板进行修复的文献报道。
