All patients were performed bilateral cleft lip adherence operation at postnatal 10 ～40 days,and then performed bilateral cleft lip repair operation at postnatal 6～10 months.
结果:早期唇粘连术较好的抑制了前颌骨前突向前生长,也使前牙槽突裂隙减小,为后期的唇裂整复术创造了良好的条件。
