This paper, based on the field investigation and the tests of rail-bed soil samples,analyses have been made about the special engineering geological environment of the railbeds and two kinds of environmental engineering geological effects which are refered to additional deformation effect and quick weathering effect.

The effective wind speed estimation was considered as soft sensor.

Since the rotor is subject to a spatially distributed wind field which varies in time, and wind speed is different over wind turbine disc, there is considerably large discrepancy between the measured wind speed by an anemometer and effective wind speed experienced by wind turbine disc.

Based on landform,neotectonic stress field and atmospheric circulation with extreme foehn effect the authors deeply approach the formation reason of debris flow along highway in the basin,further present some important conclusions.
