2、工作前，检查三角皮带的松紧度与磨损情况，发过紧过松，或磨损严重，应予调整或更换。
3、工作前，先点动试车，然后空运转3-5分钟，并检查传动系统（电动机、三角皮带、大小齿轮）和辊子的运动是否平衡，确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。
4、设备的启动顺序：提升机-→对辊破碎机-→带运输机。停车顺序相反，即皮带运输机-→对辊破碎机-→提升机。
5、均匀加料，进料尺寸不超过63毫米。
6、两辊子间隙，严格按工艺要求，控制在4-5毫米。
7、在生产过程中，严防金属块夹入破碎机内，如有发现，应及时停机处理。
