性质:将药物直接注入脑室内。慢性实验须先将套管埋入脑内,管端距侧脑室壁约1mm,并固定在颅骨上,实验时将流向管通过套管进入侧脑室,注射微量药物。急性实验可将动物头部固定地地立体定位仪上,将注射管直接插入脑室注射,该方法可用于观察不同药物注入脑室后各种生理指标和变化。
