To solve the difficulties of overabundance detection data and determine deviation source in the process of white body detection at an automobile factory,the data acquired from CMM(Coordinator Measuring Machine) are analyzed and out-tolerance measuring points,average,mean square deviation and relevant points are obtained and displayed in different colors to highlight error locations.
