According to the investigation and study on 63 Judo athletes in Judo team of Fujian Province,we found that the athletes or teams which use the hand skill with low stand position have a high ratio of success and defeating the match in the intraining and competition of Judo sport.

To solve the problem of frequent over-grade trip of fast short-circuit protection in high voltage power supply system of coal mine underground,a scheme of adaptive protection system based on independent substation was proposed.
