刘完素

刘完素   金代医学家(约1120-1200年)。字守真,号河间居士、通玄处士。河间(今河北)人。幼聪颖,酷嗜医书,二十五岁时即研习《黄帝内经》,刻意攻读,终有所悟,对《内经》有其独到体会,提出人身之气皆随五运六气而有所兴衰变化,指出运气常变,应当掌握其规律,又阐发《内经》之病机十九条,认为人体致病皆为火热,治病需从寒凉法入手。以降心火、益肾水为第一要旨。他反对套用古方,非议滥用《局方》燥热之剂。因其善用寒凉,后世称其为寒凉派,为金元四大家之代表人物之一。其著述甚丰,《素问玄机原病式》、《黄帝素问宣明论方》(简称《宣明论方》)、《素问病机气宜保命集》均为其代表作。尚有《伤寒直格》、《三消论》、《运气要旨论》、《治病心印》等多种,有些著作尚待进一步探究其是否真为刘氏本人之作品。其弟子甚多,荆山浮屠、马宗素、穆子昭均传其学。
