血清转氨酶
serum transaminase
简称“转氨酶”，又称“氨基转移酶”。它催化氨基酸的氨基转移到酮酸的酮基上，从而产生相反的酮酸与氨基酸对，转氨酶需维生素B6的衍生物作为辅酶。转氨基作用是体内(主要是肝合成）改造非必需氨基酸的重要途径，正常时转氨酶主要存在于细胞内，血清中活性很低，各组织以心脏和肝脏为最高。在人体血清中转氨酶约有20多种，但常进行测定的转氨酶仅为谷氨酸草酰乙酸转氨酶(GOT）和谷氨酸丙酮酸转氨酶(GPT），这两种酶在很多组织中都存在，但以心肌和肝脏中含量较高。测定血清转氨酶浓度对诊断心肌梗死、心肌炎早期、各种肝病有一定的临床意义。注：原名为GPT现为ALT(alanine transaminase，丙氨酸氨基转移酶）。原名为GOT现为AST(aspartate transaminase，门冬氨酸氨基转移酶）。
