ectopic anus
为低位先天性肛管直肠畸形的一种类型。患儿生后肛门外观正常，但位置靠前，在正常肛门位置与男性阴囊根部或女性阴唇后联合之间，亦称为会阴前肛门。患儿无肠梗阻症状，排便通畅，能自控排便，无肛门失禁。用针刺激会阴部皮肤，见肛门位于肛门外括约肌的收缩之中。如无狭窄，排便通畅，不需治疗。
