补充资料：遂溪人民抗法斗争上林寺音师旧址
遂溪人民抗法斗争上林寺音师旧址 在霞山区海头乡南山村。1898年4月，[[法国]]军队入侵广州湾，在遂溪县海头汛登陆。7月，海头乡数百群众聚于上林寺前誓师抗法，坚决保卫乡土。旧址上林寺，为二进院落四合院式布局。建于清代康熙三十四年（公元1695年），光绪三十三年（1907年）重修，民国16年（1927年）又修，1983年维修前座。为省级文物保护单位。
