| 无影手术灯 surgical light 外科手术中使用的照明灯具。有无影、冷光、高照度等特点，并有手术要求的色温。无影即手术的照明区域内不应有医生的头、手和手术器械的影子，以保证清晰地看到手术内腔的器官、组织和血管，以及看清内腔深部的情况。最新的无影手术灯是单灯穹形整体反射器，该灯具的出光口面的直径为照明区域直径(180毫米)的4～6倍，可在离灯1米的区域内达到无影的要求。在手术照明区域500平方厘米内照度可达2700勒克斯（lx）以上。为了减少高照度灯光对医生头部、颈部上的热感，以及对手术面上神经、肠之类的娇嫩忌热和容易干燥的器官的损害 ，要求最大光照度处的热量不大于25000毫瓦／平方厘米。所以，几乎所有灯具的透光玻璃和反射器上都镀有冷光膜将射出的红外线减少到最低程度，俗称“冷光”。为了正确反映手术区内病灶的颜色，并与日常习惯中的光色一致，要求光的色温为3500～6000K。通常采用卤钨灯光源，并在灯具透射玻璃上加镀滤色膜以得到该色温。无影手术灯将普遍用电子和遥控技术以提高灯体的机动性。
