Based on the academic disputes on" Chinese style management" in recent years, this article aims to make a brief argumentation on six basic propositions concerning " Chinese style management", including the target, the content￡"the purpose and the significance of studying, the foundation of research as the objective reality, the research frame, the distinguishing standard and the forming mechanism.

How to automatically transform primary geometry propositions stated in natural language into drawing instructions which computers can understand is a blank in Natural Language Processing(NLP), and also a nodus to actualize the man-machine interaction of CAI.
