性质:丁腈橡胶胶乳经喷雾干燥或冷冻后粉碎,可制得的粒径约在0.8mm以下的粉末丁腈橡胶,也可通过胶乳与隔离剂(如有机硅化合物、细粉状聚乙烯)共沉淀而制得。粉末丁腈橡胶的优点是配合方便,混炼时间大量缩短,能耗低,适用于连续加工工艺,特别是压出制品,如胶管、电缆护套、胶板等。粉末丁腈橡胶可用作聚氯乙烯的增塑剂,与聚氯乙烯并用作鞋底,这种并用胶具有一定弹性又有良好的耐油性、耐臭氧和耐磨性,适用作电缆护套、垫圈。
