This paper discusses the simulation and model which describes the combat process of the tank element among developing the tactical training simulation system of the tank element.

As the core of virtual naval battle space, combat process simulation is to provide the basis of tactics scenario according with real battle.

Though economic issue is not placed at a prominent position in Romance of the Three Kingdoms,it is still a fundamental element in the war narration.

Basic idea on the operational process description method based on event sequence,which is combined with formal and diagrammatic representation,is proposed and the steps are given.
