我国国际收支双顺差的形成原因是综合性的,其中既有结构性的内在原因(低收入、低消费、高储蓄;加工贸易方面的比较优势),又有货币性的诱发因素(货币原罪),而政策性的因素(出口导向型的经济政策、政府主导下的招商引资)则直接推动了我国双顺差的过快积累。

On one hand,the interest rate rise could directly promote short-term capital inflow and foreign debts,and increase the balance of payments surplus;on the other,it could also use indirect channel to restrict imports and promote exports,and further increase balance of payments surplus.
