In viewing of radar troops battle-command having low efficiency and slower reactions at present, this paper gives the idea of design and discusses the basic composition, work flow, main function and key technology of radar troops battle-command aided decision system by using the basic theory and methods of expert system.

The main factors,which affect the mental health of officers and soldiers in radar troops,were analyzed.

In order to further perfect the operational command system of the radar troops and advance its effectiveness,the actual operation command system was analyzed by combining the quantitative with qualitative methods in terms of its hierarchy and span,and some suggestions that can be used for perfecting the system were put forward.
