In this paper,the aqueous polyurethane containing both carboxylic and aulfonic groups was synthesized using toluene diisocyanates and polyether glycol as materials via stepwise polymerization reaction and chain -extending reaction.

A new optimal velocity function was introduced to take the stepwise acceleration into account and to fit observed data better based on the original lattice hydrodynamic models,which leads to a better description of the dynamical phase transition for single-lane traffic flow.
