| 两性畸形 hermaphroditism 同一个体具有男、女两性的生殖腺（真性两性畸形）或仅有一个性别的生 殖腺而外生殖器表现 似其相对应的性别（假两性畸形）的发育异常现象。可分两大类，一类为性染色体异常，另一类为两性人。正常时女性性染色体为XX，男性为XY。精子或卵子在成熟分裂过程中染色体不分离，出现性染色体嵌合现象，可有不同的组合方式：XXX、XO、XO／XY、XY／XX等，所形成的个体可为男性也可为女性，性器官及功能均有不同程度异常，可有智力低下及性无能。两性人分真两性人和假两性人，真两性人极少见，体内有男、女两性的生殖腺体，外生殖器为混合型，性染色体多为XX，偶为XY或XX／XY嵌合体。假两性人性腺为单性，外生殖器及第二性征与性腺有不同程度的不符合。根据性腺又分女性假两性人和男性假两性人。详细检查内外生殖器、细胞核性染色质、染色体核型有助诊断。治疗宜及早进行，根据患者个人情况选用不同的手术方式及激素治疗。 |
