The paper mainly evaluates and analyzes the rock mechanical property,the ground stress field, the fracture pressure and the caving pressure section of whole layers( land facies mainly) at Heba structure in Northeastern-Sichuan by means of a great quantity of rock mechanical data combined with rock acoustic emission method,differential strain method and logging method.

| 岛地川坝 Shimajigawa Dam 世界上最早的碾压混凝土重力坝。位于日本国山口县岛地川上，集水面积32平方千米，水库总库容2060万立方米 ，具有防洪、维持河道正常水流和为城市供水等效益。坝址处河谷呈V形，基岩为片岩。最大坝高90米，坝顶长240米，坝体混凝土31.7万立方米。为满足防渗、抗冻、抗冲耐磨的要求，除坝顶、近坝基、上下游面以及廊道周围仍采用常规混凝土外，坝体其余部分均采用碾压混凝土施工（用振动碾压实干硬性混凝土修建建筑物的施工技术）。由于流域面积小，洪水到达时间很短，因而溢流坝段未设闸门。工程于1976年开工，1980年4月建成。
