| 皮肌炎 dermatomyositis 自身免疫性肌肉炎症。主要为骨骼肌炎症，伴血管炎及皮肤炎症。临床表现为上眼睑浮肿性紫红斑，面部有弥漫性红斑，甲周红斑，指关节，掌指关节伸侧角作鳞骨性红斑等。可伴发热、关节痛、心肌炎及肺炎等。无皮炎者称多发性肌炎。女性较多。皮质类固醇激素治疗有效。伴发恶性肿瘤者预后不良。 |
