Objective: The main purpose of this study is to observe the improvement of clinical symptoms on endometriosis patient and the effect on level of CA125, Interleukin-6(IL-6), soluble intercellular adhesion molecular-1 (sICAM-1), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) after the treatment with ELeng Capsule, compared with the changes of above indexes pre and post operation treatment.
目的: 本研究旨在观察莪棱胶囊治疗对子宫内膜异位症患者临床症状的改善情况,以及对患者血清CA125和细胞因子白介素-6(IL-6)、可溶性细胞间粘连因子-1(sICAM-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、血管内皮形成因子(VEGF)含量的影响,对比手术治疗前后上述实验室指标的变化,阐释莪棱胶囊对EM的治疗作用,并从免疫学角度、“3A”病理机制探讨其可能的作用机理,为莪棱胶囊的临床应用提供一定的理论依据。

方法对确诊为IPF的68例患者,应用自拟方桃莪丹汤为主治疗并随证加减,配合西药对症治疗。
补充资料：核桃仁三棱莪术蜜饮
制作：将核桃仁15克，三棱15克，莪术15克，当归10克，丹参30克，枳壳10克分别拣去杂质，洗净，晒干或烘干，切成片或切碎，同放入碗中，备用。将鳖甲30克洗净，晾干后，敲碎，放入沙锅，加水浸泡片刻，大火煮沸，改用中火煎30分钟，将盛入碗中的其他6味药物倒入沙锅，拌和均匀，视需要可酌加适量温开水，煎煮30分钟，用洁净纱布过滤，收取滤汁放入容器，待其温热时，加入蜂蜜30毫升，拌和均匀即成。上、下午分服。
按语：活血化瘀，行气消症，适于子宫肌瘤，证属气滞血瘀。
