材料：鸡翅、金瓜、黄酒、蚝油、腐乳、豆豉。
制作：
1）鸡翅洗净，切成两段，放入开水中煮5分钟，捞出控水。
2）取一个碗在鸡翅里加黄酒、豆豉、蚝油、腐乳拌匀，腌1个小时。
3）金瓜用刀刻一个盖，掏空里边的瓤。
4）把腌好的鸡翅放入金瓜盅里。
5）盖上盖。
6）上屉蒸30分钟即可。
