| 清营凉血 中医清法之一。运用具有寒凉性质的药物为主组方，以治疗热邪深入营血的治法。适用于邪热入营，或邪热入血的病症。常用犀角、生地黄、玄参、丹皮、赤芍等药物组成方剂，代表方剂为犀角地黄汤、清营汤等。根据热邪入营、入血的不同病机，清营凉血法又有清营法和凉血法的区别。由于热入营血的证候是复杂的，除了清营凉血之外，还应根据病情而采用开窍、熄风、滋阴等治法。临床具体应用时，对于热盛气分而未入营血者，不宜采用。 |
