In this paper,mathematical model has been established to estimate storage life of ammunition based on the test of stepping stress acceleration life,and the mathematical model was used to analyze the data of reliability test for storage life of an new-style ammunition,its storage life with a certain confidence level was given.

In this paper,the stepping stress accelerated life test of an electronic equipment is introduced,the test subject,test results,test stress and the level of stress is described,and the determination principles of the test stress,the level of stress and the method of statistical analysis of stepping stress accelerated life test data are explored.
