针对PVDF氟碳彩板有机涂层较软、容易在运输及加工过程中被擦伤的弱点,利用正交试验设计及方差分析方法对其生产工艺参数进行优化,最终按照优化后的方案进行试制的PVDF氟碳彩板不但耐划伤性能得到提高,而且其耐老化性能非常优异,其它机械性能也完全满足GB/T 12754-2006彩色涂层钢板及带钢的产品要求。
