This paper investigates the influences of fitness Qigong (Baduanjin) on the Intellectual Physiological Age(IPA), blood lipid and physiological function of the elderly male people by experiment.

Based on the body measurements of 190 male elderly aged from 60 to 75 in Shanxi with contact an-thropometric method,this paper analyzes and collects nine characteristic indexes that can fully reflect the upper body characteristics of the male elderly,which provides basis for the prototype design of the garments in the future.
