弋兵,原名马献廷,河北献县人。中共党员。1951年毕业于南开大学中文系。历任天津中苏友协干部,中共天津市委宣传部干事,天津一轻局下放干部,中共天津市委宣传部处长、副部长。天津市文联副主席,天津市作家协会副主席。1982年加入中国作家协会。
