补充资料：徽州饼
安徽小吃-徽州饼
原料配方：上白面粉500克黑枣500克白糖150克猪油250克面酥适量麻油少许。
制作方法：
1.将面粉倒入面盆，先加入适量开水烫成雪花状，再逐渐加入冷水揉至起劲而有拉力时，将面拉成长条，包入面酥再次揉均匀后，摘成若干个面剂放好。面酥是面粉中掺生油(或猪油)反复搓匀即成。
2.将黑枣蒸烂，去皮核压成泥，用猪油加白糖炒干稠，即成枣泥馅。
3.将摘好的面剂一个个压成皮子，用每个皮子包入适量枣泥馅，再擀成直径3厘米左右的生圆饼。
4.将平底锅放火上，先抹上一层水，再放上生圆饼，反复转翻，每翻一次，抹一次麻油，约15分钟即成。
产品特点：金黄色，扁圆形，外皮透明，香甜味美。
