又称劳务贸易，指国与国之间互相提供服务的经济交换活动。服务贸易有广义与狭义之分，狭义的服务贸易是指一国以提供直接服务活动形式满足另一国某种需要以取得报酬的活动。广义的服务贸易既包括有形的活劳动，也包括服务提供者与使用者在没有直接接触下交易的无形活动。服务贸易一般情况下都是指广义的。
