三一 三一 养生学术语。《玄门大论三一诀》引孟法师云：“今三一者，神、气、精；希、微、夷；虚、无、空。”另有以三神（意神、志神、念神）、三光（虚赤光、元黄光、空白光）、三色（始青、元白、玄黄）及三丹田神名等释三一者。诸说皆为修炼方术所依据。故《三一九宫法》云：“夫三一者，乃一身之灵宗，百神之命根。”在气功内丹术中，又谓炼神、炼气、炼精三法统一于“一气”。《太上九要心印妙经·三一机要》：“夫三一者，三成一气也。”
