亦称不同接触论，是美国犯罪学家萨瑟兰提出来的。这种观点认为，人的犯罪行为是在交往的互动中习得的。犯罪行为的习得主要发生在与犯罪者关系密切的群体中。在这种群体中，群体成员频繁接触，其中良好行为和不良行为都会在互动中被学到，这种接触是不同接触。
