Daxuesheng Tlyu儿ehui大学生体育协会中华全国体育总会的单位会员。1975年成立，总部设于北京;同年，加人世界大学生体育联合会。最高权力机构是全国会员代表大会，下设秘书处和教学、训练、竞赛、科研等委员会，并设田径、篮球、足球、排球、乒乓球、橄榄球、羽毛球、手球、网球、棋类、游泳、击剑、健美操艺术体操、民族传统体育和国防体育等巧个分会。成立以来，举办了6届全国大学生运动会;每年举办10多个项目的全国大学生单项比赛，其中包括CUBA中国大学生篮球联赛和足球联赛。1981年参加在西班牙举行的世界大学生冬季运动会;同年，参加在罗马尼亚举行的第11届世界大学生运动会。2001年第21届世界大学生运动会在北京举办。减健担任国际大学生体育联合会执委。
