Theory and Practice Studies on Government Process Reengineering in E_Government;

From the perspective of knowledge management,this paper analyses the necessity of introducing knowledge management into government process reengineering from four aspects:knowledge service,knowledge flow,value chain and cultural recycling,and puts forward the government reengineering sloutions based on KM,and sets up a management framework of government procedure.

There are problems of e-government project failure and low efficient business process in the area of administrative permit, In order to resolve the problems and fit the requirement of the development in e-government, it will perform the government process reengineering of administrative permit.

The Government required the guide of GPR theory.

This kind of workflow based integration mode can not only effectively realize information integration across space time and organizational units,but also realize effective cooperation between government staff and application system,and accordingly achieves optimization development of the whole system,service for Government Process Reengineering(GPR).
