目的:通过对浙江省奉化市不同人群麻疹IgG抗体的定量检测,了解各类人群麻疹IgG抗体水平,为预防及控制麻疹提供依据和对策。

| 风疹 rubella 由风疹病毒引起的急性发疹性传染病。风疹病毒为RNA病毒，属披盖病毒科。经空气飞沫传播。多见于1～5岁儿童。潜伏期为2～3周。有低热、咽痛、咳嗽、打喷嚏、流鼻涕、全身不适及食欲减退等，并有耳后、枕后和颈部淋巴结肿大及压痛。发热1～2天内出现皮疹，呈充血性丘疹和斑丘疹，由面、颈部迅速蔓延至躯干和四肢，消退后不留色素沉着。感染妊娠3个月以内孕妇，可使胎确诊应作分离病毒及血清学检查，可检测特异性IgM抗体。本病能自愈，以对症治疗为主。可注射风疹疫苗进行预防。 |
